POSITION SUMMARY:.
This is an Administrative Aide with HR focus.
Assemble and keep employees albums. Album information for each and every employee, such as address, weekly profits, lacks, amount of sales or production, managerial records, and day of and reason for firing. May prepare records for employment records, documents employment albums, or search staff member documents and furnish details to licensed individuals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:.

* Arrange for advertising or posting of task vacancies, and inform eligible workers of placement accessibility.
* Compile and ready reports and documents relating to personnel tasks.

* Explain firm employees plans, benefits, and treatments to staff members or work candidates.
* Gather personnel albums from various other departments or employees.
* Inform task applicants of their approval or rejection of employment.
